A judge on Thursday dismissed the criminal case against a former Virginia elementary school assistant principal who was accused of ignoring warnings before a 6-year-old student shot and wounded his teacher.

The crew member had disembarked in Tenerife but was repatriated to the Netherlands, where they have been in isolation, the World Health Organization said.

Donald Whitaker, 80, and his wife, Karen Whitaker, 79, were discovered in their home on May 15 following a request for a welfare check.

The teen was said to be conscious and alert and was taken to the hospital, the U.S. Coast Guard said in a statement.

Beth Levis said an “Eastern European hacking group” was responsible for the leak.

“This is not about being intolerant of mistakes; everyone makes mistakes, including me, but what I can't allow is a breach of trust,” Mayor Jacob Frey said.

Alejandra Nava said her stepfather, Kerry Sheron, enjoyed working as a chef at local retirement homes in Escondido, California, and would host a fish fry every Friday.

Screenings are already being conducted at Dulles, Hartsfield-Jackson and George Bush international airports.

“This is not a brand conflict,” Pattie Gonia said in a statement. “This is a corporation trying to erase an activist.”

The suspect had barricaded himself inside the building on Chester Avenue and 17th Street on Tuesday afternoon, prompting a massive law enforcement response.
