WEST CHESTER — As tournament season morphs into the dual meet portion of the schedule, finding that same level of motivation can be a challenge for some wrestlers.

MALVERN — Many an evening, Malvern Prep's Lukas Zalota could be found in the corner of the Friars' wrestling room, working himself into a lather on the ski machine.

Malvern Prep placed 10 wrestlers on the Daily Local News Wrestling All-Area first team, not including wrestler of the year, Lukas Zalota.

While deliberating with his star lightweight Jacob Carr about which weight to compete at in the postseason, Sun Valley coach BJ Barlow got as good of a closing argument as they come.
