In other county board action on Tuesday, a controversial mobile home storage site was approved near Osage.

Frazee will receive $1.85 million for its North River Drive project; Lake Park will receive $2 million for its big street improvement project; and the Mahnomen Health Center will receive $10 million.

Henry Fox hung on to win reelection in District 1, and Alrick “Son” Accobee defeated Sheri Kay Snetsinger in the District 2 race for Tribal Council.

Alex Prescott-Hansen, 30, of Phoenix, Arizona has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony first-degree damage to property and misdemeanor DWI.
