We call them a Rhino, that's the term of art for these types of rigs. (KOLO) - The Nevada Department of Wildlife and Nevada State Parks are raising awareness of the cold water shock and boat safety at Lake Tahoe. “We just want to make sure the public is aware of the dangers of cold water shock, because it is May. We kind of had the unofficial start of the boating season last weekend with Memorial Day. It's even a little stormy out today, and I've already seen a few boats launch, so people are excited to get out on the water this summer,” said Ashley Zeme, Nevada Department of Wildlife's Public Information Officer.
