LINCOLN — In a 5-2 decision, the Nebraska Supreme Court on Wednesday said Lincoln must put three charter amendment proposals before voters on the November ballot.

A day before the Lancaster County board was set to consider a data center moratorium , a group founded by Nebraska's top Democrat proposed local legislation to regulate data centers.

"Downtown Lincoln is growing, and the way people access downtown continues to evolve," said Tony Bisesi, general manager of city of Lincoln parking services.
