They're back — the homeless couple who turned part of a block of 30th Avenue in Astoria into their campsite and storage unit earlier this year have returned. They've been there for a week to 10 days, according to one area business leader. Another concerned resident captured a photo of them sprawled out on the sidewalk, apparently asleep or unconscious, on Monday. He reported the situation to 311.
