Inclusive gym franchise company (NYSE:PLNT) will be announcing earnings results tomorrow before market open. Here's what investors should know.

Shares of ride sharing and on demand delivery service Uber (NYSE: UBER) fell 8.9% in the afternoon session after the company reported first quarter results. Uber missed on bookings and revenue growth regrettably stalled. Looking ahead, bookings guidance for next quarter was below expectations. Zooming out, we think this was a tough quarter, showing that topline performance is worse than Wall Street is modeling.

Casual restaurant chain Noodles & Company (NASDAQ:NDLS) reported results in line with analysts' expectations in Q1 CY2024, with revenue down 3.7% year on year to $121.4 million. The company's outlook for the full year was also close to analysts' estimates with revenue guided to $517.5 million at the midpoint. It made a non-GAAP loss of $0.13 per share, down from its loss of $0.05 per share in the same quarter last year.

Online freelance marketplace Fiverr (NYSE:FVRR) reported Q1 CY2024 results beating Wall Street analysts' expectations , with revenue up 6.3% year on year to $93.52 million. The company expects next quarter's revenue to be around $94.5 million, in line with analysts' estimates. It made a non-GAAP profit of $0.52 per share, improving from its profit of $0.36 per share in the same quarter last year.

Timeshare vacation company Hilton Grand Vacations (NYSE:HGV) reported Q1 CY2024 results beating Wall Street analysts' expectations , with revenue up 23.8% year on year to $1.16 billion. It made a non-GAAP profit of $0.95 per share, improving from its profit of $0.64 per share in the same quarter last year.

Global talent agency and entertainment company Endeavor (NYSE:EDR) missed analysts' expectations in Q1 CY2024, with revenue up 15.9% year on year to $1.85 billion. It made a GAAP loss of $0.46 per share, down from its profit of $0.03 per share in the same quarter last year.

Fast-food pizza chain Papa John’s (NASDAQ:PZZA) fell short of analysts' expectations in Q1 CY2024, with revenue down 2.5% year on year to $513.9 million. It made a non-GAAP profit of $0.67 per share, down from its profit of $0.68 per share in the same quarter last year.

Outdoor lifestyle and recreational products company Solo Brands (NYSE:DTC) reported Q1 CY2024 results exceeding Wall Street analysts' expectations, with revenue down 3.3% year on year to $85.32 million. The company's full-year revenue guidance of $500 million at the midpoint also came in 1% above analysts' estimates. It made a non-GAAP profit of $0.03 per share, down from its profit of $0.16 per share in the same quarter last year.

Shares of plant-based protein company Beyond Meat (NASDAQGS:BYND) fell 14.7% in the morning session after the company reported first-quarter earnings results, with revenue down (18% y/y) and adjusted EBITDA falling below expectations. The company attributed the weak sales to a 16.1% decrease in the volume of products sold and a 2.3% decrease in net revenue per pound (driven by increased trade discounts and pricing changes). Beyond Meat still seems to believe that its previously-provided full-year guidance can be achieved as the company reiterated that full-year guidance for revenue and implied operating profit. Overall, this was a mediocre quarter for Beyond Meat.

Shares of e-commerce software platform provider BigCommerce (NASDAQ: BIGC) jumped 16.4% in the morning session after the company reported first quarter earnings results that beat analysts' revenue, operating income, free cash flow, and EPS expectations. However, ARR was only in line. Guidance was mixed, with revenue guidance for Q2 and the full year roughly in line, while operating profit guidance for Q2 was slightly below expectations. Zooming out, we think this was a mixed quarter.
