HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WDAM) - Multiple emergency agencies responded to a vehicle flipping over a ledge while a person was still inside in Hattiesburg Monday afternoon.

Jackson, who stands at 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds, is considered by the sheriff's department to be a “non-compliant” sex offender.

Gregory Bond, 43, and Sherri Vanrossum, 28, were both arrested and charged with burglary.

Tovian Gallaspy, 28, is being charged with possession of marijuana while in possession of a firearm.

On Thursday night, the Columbia Police Department posted on its Facebook page that 911 lines in the county are down and have been rerouted to Walthall County.

Sources tell WDAM 7 that the rollover may have involved students. One student was trapped inside the vehicle while another was ejected. Their conditions have not been released.

JONES COUNTY, Miss. (WDAM) - Law enforcement and emergency officials in Jones County responded to a rollover crash Friday afternoon.

According to sources, the crash took place on State Route 588 close to Sandhill Road in Ellisville.

On Tuesday, the Southern Miss Alumni Association announced this year's Hall of Fame inductees, which include Hattiesburg restaurateur Nelson Haskin Jr. and Rep. Missy McGee (Dist. 102).
