Enterprise Way is still closed as Anglian Water endeavour to get to the bottom of a collapse in the road. The carriageway opened a sink hole in May and both Anglian Water and Lincolnshire County Council were hopeful of re-opening it towards the end of June. Work on the Spalding to Pinchbeck 'active travel improvement project' is continuing until Christmas. During August the west side footway will be completed, vegetation cleared for lighting columns, footway and drainage work done, alongside new traffic signals. A father-of-four who helped bring people together through music has died just days after he headlined a festival he helped organise alongside family and friends. Chris Dark died on Monday, July 4.
