WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah — Police are investigating two separate incidents in West Valley City where different vehicles fired shots near 3500 South 3200 West Thursday evening.

35-year-old Charles Youngkuom Yoo has officially been charged with two counts of aggravated murder and one count of obstruction of justice after a pair of men from southeastern Utah went missing.
