ANCHORAGE, Alaska — A company that's been touting Anchorage's mobile voting use has been told to stop.

Voters will decide six of 12 Anchorage Assembly seats, two of seven Anchorage School Board positions, a lengthy list of municipal bonds and a one-time tax levy for the school district.

Election officials have tallied 62,703 ballots as of Friday, which represented 26.6% of the city's roughly 235,400 registered voters.

Instead of quarterly itemized reports filed to the Assembly, the municipal attorney’s office will now provide members with biannual briefings.

Common issues Parker has seen include habitability; a landlord entering a unit without prior notice; and misunderstandings of the eviction process.
