Memorial Day brings sunshine and comfortable conditions to the Las Vegas Valley, but a significant weather system moving in from the Pacific Northwest will bring strong winds and cooler temperatures starting Tuesday.

A strong low-pressure system is now gearing up to move into the region, bringing gusty wind, cooler temperatures and a slight chance of mountain showers later in the week.
