President Donald Trump positioned himself as a swimming pool expert as he touted the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool renovations he ordered this year, having put in “ more than 100 ” over his career.

His comments came during a speech at a Mack Trucks factory.

The government has until July 17 to respond.

The president apparently says her name, Natalie Harp, using its French pronunciation.
