Wir berichten, dass nicht-zytotoxische, polyfluoralkylierte zellpenetrierende Peptide (CPPs) als CPP-Additive die intrazelluläre Proteinaufnahme signifikant verbessern, indem sie die Membranverweildauer der CPP-Additive erhöhen. Durch die Kombination von biophysikalischen Experimenten und Molekulardynamiksimulationen zeigen wir zudem, dass die Polyfluoralkyleinheit eine monomere Interaktion zwischen CPP und Lipiddoppelschicht vermitteln kann.
