Ambala: 11 major highway projects in Haryana of value worth Rs 14,833 crore are near completion by 2027. Information reveals, construction work is going on 20 major highway and road-related projects going on in the state will ease travel between Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, reducing traffic congestion in cities, speed up freight movement and boost industrial and economic activity. The national highway network in Haryana is about to change rapidly, since twenty major highway and road-related projects are under construction in the state, including the Karnal and Ambala Ring Roads, the Shamli-Ambala Highway, the Jewar International Airport Connectivity, and the Gurugram-Pataudi-Rewari four-lane. The credit goes to the Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari,who provided this information in response to a question from BJP Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Bhatia.

Jind: Hydrogen train inauguared by Prime Minister Narender Modi Prime Minister flagged off the country's first hydrogen train from Jind railway station recently on July 17 have yet proves to be a loss-making venture; according to information, amount worth Rs 90,000 is being spent daily on Hydrogen gas against the earning of only 7,000 rupees everyday. The number of passengers travelling from Jind to Sonipat on the Hydrogen train has not exceeded 50 so far. However, the number of passengers travelling from Sonipat to Jind exceeds 100. Meanwhile, approximately 100 to 120 passengers board and disembark at stations between Jind and Sonipat during their journey. As such, so far this Hydrogen train yet proves to be a loss-making venture. Spends 90,000 rupees daily on gas but earns hardly 7,000 rupees daily.

Chandigarh: First phase of SIR has been completed in Haryana: 33.84 lakh voters names have been removed from the released voters draft voter list which include more names from urban voters. The draft voter list has found 18.57 lakh voters whose names do not match the voter list prepared during the last Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in 2002. Notices are being issued to voters whose names do not match. The draft voter list includes the names of 17.2227,135 voters out of 26 million voters. The names of 3.384 million voters have been removed, which includes the majority of these voters from urban areas including Gurugram, Faridabad and Panchkula. The draft voter list is available at

Rohtak: Police during the investigation into the suspicious death of his wife Muskan, has arrested international kabaddi player Sheelu Balhara and have detained three people in the family, and have begun questioning them investigating into the suspicious death of Muskan, wife of international kabaddi player Sheelu Balhara. Police said the investigation is being carried out based on family statements, the post-mortem report, forensic evidence, and other technical aspects to take further legal action after the investigation is complete. However, the police have registered a case, since a panchayat meeting between the two parties failed to reach any conclusion, except a heated argument between the families lasted for about 10 minutes, after which the panchayat requested 10 days for a compromise or decision and urged continued efforts to resolve the matter amicably. Meanwhile, Muskan's parents leveled serious allegations against her in-laws to constant harassment since her marriage and fed up with this mental torture, Muskan took this extreme step also due to her husband had illicit relations with other female. However, her in-law also denied the allegations as baseless.

Ambala: While addressing media persons here politics heats up over the Ram Temple issue , Haryana's Energy, Transport and Labour Minister Anil Vij said that opposition should stop playing with faith, which hurts the sentiments of crores of Hindus. Vij strongly condemned the protest by opposition leaders in the Parliament complex over allegations of irregularities in donations collected for the construction of the Ram Temple. Sharing a photo on the social media platform ‘X', Vij termed the opposition's protest as a “drama” and said that such activities are an insult to the faith of crores of Hindus. In his post, Vij wrote that MP Pappu Yadav and other opposition leaders in the Parliament complex played with the Ram Temple. A drama was staged regarding alleged irregularities in temple donations. This is a grave insult to Hinduism. Great India will not tolerate the insult of Hindus in India.

Ambala: The truth can be troubled but not defeated. The judiciary has delivered its verdict in favour of Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, President of the Wrestling Federation, on charges of sexual exploitation of a female wrestler. Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has acquitted a senior BJP leader from the charges of sexually assaulting a female wrestler proved wrong. Large number of players and sports lovers of Ambala expressed happiness over the court's decision and said a civic reception will soon be held in Ambala, since these were not allegations but conspiracies and Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh will be given a civic reception here. They said that truth can be troubled but not defeated, however, the judiciary has delivered justice not only to Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh but to the millions of players associated with him. Brij Bhushan Singh is a public figure and will remain a public figure due to his efforts for sports in Haryana.

Ambala: A Haryana Roadways bus conductor has been accused of high-headedness , misbehaved with a Nursing officer. This is not a rare case of rude misbehavior of conductors and drivers of Haryana Roadways. When not paid balance amount of ticket for a long time when demanded the balance of ticket by female Nursing Officer, rather threatened to beat her when she asked for her balance 35 rupees arrears while travelling in a roadways bus on Thursday (today). In a complaint female Nursing officer Anirudh handed over the ticket to the conductor and asks for his remaining money to the conductor and asks for his remaining money. This is not the only case, there have been frequent allegations of high-handedness and mistreatment of passengers by conductors on Haryana Roadways buses at the time when a highly disciplined and strict transport minister is ruling over the transport department.

Ambala: Haryana Roadways has issued instructions to strictly enforce the rules regarding women's reserved seats in Haryana Roadways buses and women will now receive their reserved seats from the bus's originating station. Transport Minister Anil Vij while talking to media persons said the rules regarding women's reserved seats on Haryana Roadways buses will now be strictly enforced for which the State Transport Directorate has already issued instructions to the GeneraTl Managers of all roadways depots, flying squad officers and drivers and conductors to provide designated seats for women from the bus's originating station and to ensure strict adherence to reservation rules. He said, until now, it has been seen that women have been left standing whereas male passengers usually occupy their seats in buses which cause frequent clashes in the buses.

Faridabad: The police have busted a gang that was creating fake profiles of beautiful girls on social media to lure people into love affairs and then record their obscene videos through video calls. They then start blackmailing them to extort money. The Cyber Police Station has arrested the mastermind along with his accomplices, including a minor who has been taken into custody. Cyber Police are investigating the case. Police have arrested the main accused, Asif, seeking three-day remand from the court. Police investigation revealed that the accused used fake SIM cards to create fake accounts in the names of girls on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. They befriended people by posting pictures of beautiful girls on these profiles and gained their trust through sweet talk.
