Police said Kenneth Stevens was involved in a dispute with his girlfriend at Park Drive Manor at about 10:20 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11. During the argument, police said Stevens forcibly stole the woman's cell phone, and he was in violation of an order of protection.
