Luxury home sales have increased this spring against an otherwise stagnant market. Continued activity among well-heeled buyers should be a plus for Toll Brothers when it reports its second-quarter results on Tuesday. Analysts expect that Toll Brothers, which constructs luxury homes with an average price point around $1 million, will report earnings of $2.58 a share on roughly $2.42 billion in revenue for its second quarter ended April 30.
