Anyone who prevents the signing of 'National Song' Vande Mataram will attract a jail term of up to three years like in the case of National Anthem 'Jana Gana Mana', according to a Bill the Modi government wants to introduce in the upcoming Monsoon Session of Parliament.

His comments came on a day Congress officially sent its representative to the Jantar Mantar protest site with its Media and Publicity Department Chairman Pawan Khera meeting Wangchuk.
