"But he's a fighter with a lot of experience, obviously."He beat me. Unfortunately, he beat me. It definitely hurts."Álvarez landed 234 total punches during the fight to Munguia's 170."He's a little slow, I can see every punch," Álvarez said, according to ESPN's Mike Coppinger. The Cleveland Guardians will be placing outfielder Steven Kwan on the 10-day injured list with a hamstring injury, a source told Zack Meisel of The Athletic.First baseman Kyle Manzardo, ranked as the Guardians' No. 2 prospect and No. 52 overall by MLB, will take Kwan's spot on the team's 26-man roster, Meisel reports. The transaction will become official on Monday, and an additional move will need to be made to open a 40-man roster spot for Manzardo.Kwan was sent for an MRI on Sunday after he left Saturday's game against the Los Angeles Angels with what the team called left hamstring tightness. The results of Kwan's MRI were not immediately available following Sunday's game.Kwan missed over a month because of a hamstring strain during the 2021 campaign."A hamstring is always concerning. First baseman Josh Naylor can also fill in at one of the corner outfield spots if necessary.Manzardo, who will be making his big-league debut when he gets into a game, is hitting .303/.375/.642 with nine home runs and 20 RBIs in 29 games at Triple-A Columbus this season. The 23-year-old was acquired by Cleveland from the Tampa Bay Rays last July for pitcher Aaron Civale.
