Downton Abbey creator, Lord Julian Fellowes, has paid tribute to Dame Maggie Smith following her death aged 89. "She was very witty, she was very sharp in her humour...sometimes she was a bit unkind, but you forgave everything!", he told the BBC of her legacy.
