This week we met with Dr. Eric Riggs, dean of Cal Poly Humboldt's College of Natural Resources and Sciences, to learn more about how the university is working with the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Vero Fiber Network, and other state and local partners to measure earthquake activity through fiber optic technology.
