Every year since the Florida High School Athletic Association added a duals state championship tournament to its wrestling program in 2018 , the elite eight matches have been hosted by Osceola High School of Kissimmee.
Alyssa Parsons had 7 goals for Windermere Prep girls soccer in a win, while Timber Creek and Celebration also won girls games. Boys soccer district winners included Lake Nona, Freedom and Foundation Academy, while Lake Brantley won a girls weightlifting district title.

Host Kissimmee Osceola and Hagerty both had been hampered by injuries and illnesses going into this week's FHSAA Wrestling Duals State Championships. Osceola had to forfeit matches. Hagerty was healthy enough to make program history with its first duals state tournament victory.
On a busy wrestling Saturday, Timber Creek won a boys meet at McKeel Academy, while Winter Springs won a girls meet at Lyman. Boys basketball winners included Lake Highland Prep, Hagerty and East River, while Winter Park and Lake Mary won girls games.
