HONOLULU (Island News) -Isaac Choy, a key figure in the Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA) as its acting Chief Administrative Officer and vice president of finance, was terminated effective September 15. He was notified by a letter emailed from the Executive Chambers of the Governorʻs Office.
