Election results show San Francisco voters are satisfied with the city's current direction, and want more of the same.

The race to fill the vacant seat for Congressional District 14 in the Eat Bay is continuing, with votes for the June 2 primary being counted, as the next June 16th Special Election ballots are coming in as well.

The Congressional seat vacated by Eric Swalwell earlier this year was being sought by nine candidates — six Democrats, two Republicans and one independent.

The early results for the gubernatorial race show Republican Steven Hilton in the lead, with Democrat Xavier Becerra in a close second. Officials are urging people to remain patient as it could take days for all the votes to be counted.
