At the height of spooky season, F.W. Murnau’s silent masterpiece will inaugurate the new screen at the Majestic along with the Arpeggione Ensemble’s fresh restoration of the original score, once thought lost, performed live to the film using historic instruments from the early 20th century. For the first time in over a century, experience this historic horror event just as it would have been seen and heard at its 1922 Berlin premiere, when it launched the genre of vampire movies.
