Although the delivery of this aircraft to Qantas has been delayed, the team at Airbus is making slow and steady progress on getting their first A350-1000ULR towards the finish line. The aircraft recently completed its maiden flight and is the first of 12 specially modified Airbus A350-1000s ordered by Qantas for use on the airline's Project Sunrise.
