Built in 2003, the home spans more than 6,200 square feet and has seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. Its last asking price was $21.8 million. Brigitte Nachtigall and Jorge Boj with One Sotheby's International Realty had the listing, and Catalina Marin Fuenzalida with Avanti Way Realty brought the buyers.
