Wake Forest has announced that sophomore forward Omaha Biliew will miss 8-10 weeks with a stress related injury to his right foot. The injury occurred in the season opener against Coppin State and is the same foot that was injured in May.

Wake Forest moved to 4-0 tonight after taking down the USC Upstate Spartans 85-80, but that game was way closer than it had any business being. The Deacs went into this one 29.5 point favorites against the 350th ranked team in the nation per KenPom but trailed for over 11 minutes in the 2nd half. Wake did not grab a significant lead in the 2nd until Davin Cosby’s 3-pointer with 2:24 remaining put them up 78-75. Needless to say, this was a lackluster performance from the Deacs.
