Noida: UP govt called a high-level meeting to discuss the Yamuna Pushta road project, which was proposed as an alternative to the Noida Expressway. A plan to build a second 30km expressway ran into a roadblock last month after the irrigation department refused a no-objection certificate (NOC) for construction along the Yamuna embankment.
