Police in Bettendorf and Davenport have arrested two men tied to a series of vehicle burglaries and thefts across both cities in March and April.

An April 16 house fire in Clinton was fatal, according to an incident report obtained by News 8. A suspect faces a second-degree arson charge in connection with the fire.
