Three days after the Supreme Court issued its first set of summer orders, President Donald Trump’s request for the Supreme Court to reconsider its decision to leave in place the 2023 verdict against him in a civil suit brought by E. Jean Carroll has been distributed to the justices. This means that the court could act on Trump’s request on the next set of summer orders, which are scheduled to be released on Monday, Aug. 17.
