For the first time since 2019, tuition is going up for Vermont residents by 2%, said Richard Cate, the universities chief financial officer. Tuition for non-Vermont residents is going up by 4.5%.

DPW said if all goes to plan their hopeful crews can turn all water back on around 8 p.m. Tuesday. Crews hope to lift the boil water notice by noon on Thanksgiving Day.
