Infrastructure Ontario has submitted plans for the Martin Grove Transit-Oriented Community, a four-building mixed-use development designed by Arup beside the future Martin Grove-Eglinton station on the Eglinton Line 5 Crosstown West Extension.

A four-building mixed-use redevelopment has been proposed for Wilshire Plaza at 8000 Bathurst Street in Vaughan’s Beverley Glen neighbourhood. Designed by Kirkor Architects and Planners for Baif Developments, the project would replace the existing commercial plaza with buildings up to 35 storeys beside the Atkinson Viva Orange BRT station.

Work on Groove Urban Condominiums has advanced since UrbanToronto’s last update a year ago, with the 15-storey building now topped off and largely enclosed. Designed by RAW Design for Block Developments, the project is nearing completion on Vaughan Road near St Clair West station.
