CIBC SQUARE’s 50-storey North Tower is substantially complete in Downtown Toronto. The latest photography offers a look at the new lobby, PATH connections, and expanded elevated park above the Union Station Rail Corridor.

Dorsay Development Corporation has resubmitted plans for Circa Phase 3, increasing its three Turner Fleischer-designed towers to up to 35 storeys. The OLT-approved proposal would bring 1,161 residential units to two parcels along Highway 7 in Markham Centre.

Medallion Corporation has broken ground on the 509-unit first phase of The Foundry District in Downtown Oshawa. The 10- and 23-storey rental buildings will include 153 affordable homes on the former Fittings Factory site.

ArtWalk District Phase 1 has risen well above grade at Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, with cladding now appearing across the lower levels. Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects for SmartCentres REIT, the four-building project will deliver 624 condominium units within the larger ArtWalk community.

GWL Realty Advisors has proposed three KPMB-designed rental towers up to 71 storeys as part of a mixed-use redevelopment of the Canada Life Campus in Downtown Toronto. The plan would add over 1,400 homes, retain major office and heritage buildings, and create a new public commons beside the future Ontario Line 3 interchange at Osgoode station.

Public Pier will bring free arts, music, food, vendors, and Silo Nights projections to Marina Quay West over three weekends beginning September 18, 2026. The temporary activation will test how the underused waterfront site can support public life before its transformation into a permanent park.

SVEC Group is proposing 40- and 55-storey mixed-use towers with 903 condominium and rental homes on the eastern portion of York Mills Centre. Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the project would replace two office buildings while retaining direct connections to York Mills subway station and the TTC and GO bus terminals.

A Minor Variance application would increase the tower proposed at 25 Mabelle Avenue near Islington station from 49 to 53 storeys. Redesigned by Kohn Partnership Architects, the revised project replaces 580 condominiums with 685 market-rate rental homes.

At Humber Polytechnic 's Lakeshore Campus in South Etobicoke, the Humber Cultural Hub is transforming the northwest corner of their site at 3199 Lake Shore Boulevard West, west of Kipling Avenue.
