According to the Coeur d'Alene Fire Department, just before two Saturday morning fire crews responded to an apartment complex along West Emma Avenue and saw heavy smoke coming from the building. A woman in her 60's was rescued and transported to harbor view trauma center in Seattle due to her injuries. The fire is under investigation, but does appear to be accidental.
