Maple Grove, Minnesota has recently been the hub of law enforcement education, where the Maple Grove Police Department proudly hosted the 55th class of the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) officer training. This two-week program, culminating on October 10, welcomed twelve police officers from across the state, including a sergeant from the Minnesota National Guard and officers from neighboring North Dakota and Wisconsin. According to a Facebook post by the Maple Grove Police Department, these officers visited two schools within ISD 279 - Osseo Area Schools.
