Tulsa Police were assisted by the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office, Sperry Police, and Osage County Sheriff’s Office during the chase.

TPS said all students and staff were safe in the building during the lockdown.

According to TPD, they were called out around 7 p.m. Sunday for a possible body in the woods by an encampment near 11th and Garnett. When officers arrived, they found the body of a man who appeared to be in his late 20s or early 30s.

The OSBI said on April 13, 43-year-old Tad Bert Cullum, 54-year-old Tifany Machel Adams, 50-year-old Cole Earl Twombly, and 44-year-old Cora Twombly were arrested in Texas and Cimarron Counties in connection to the disappearance.

The OSBI has been investigating the disappearance of 27-year-old Veronica Butler and 39-year-old Jilian Kelley.

Shortly before 5 p.m. Tuesday, golfers found the child unresponsive and fully submerged in a pond at the Hillcrest Country Club, which is next to the home, according to BPD. BPD said officers performed CPR on the child and the child was flown to a Tulsa hospital.

TPD said it was initially unclear if the victim died from suicide or homicide. Homicide detectives were called out and investigated it as a suspicious death. The Medical Examiner ruled the death a homicide and police named Hibner as the suspect.

Tulsa Police say that in early March, they responded to a rape report at OSU Medical Center. The victim, a 13-year-old girl, said she was riding the bus with Debose and they had sex in an abandoned home just west of downtown Tulsa.

According to the National Weather Service Office in Tulsa, a round of strong to severe storms is expected to move across the region Friday morning with a damaging wind and hail threat.
