The Decatur County Department of Health, 315 S. Ireland Street, Greensburg, is opening their front conference room as a warming center during the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Hot Coffee and free personal care backpacks are also available for the underserved population. Each backpack contains warming blankets, water bottles, hand and body wipes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, a washcloth, lotion, fingernail clippers, hot hands, gloves, a brush and a comb.
