STAUNTON – A Waynesboro man who hit a pedestrian last year on Interstate 81, killing him, was sentenced Friday in Augusta County Circuit Court.
The trial for Richard Moore, 47, of Fishersville, which had been set to start Monday, is now scheduled to begin Tuesday in United States District Court in Harrisonburg.
Police have identified the victim killed in a December fire in Waynesboro.
