TRUMBULL, CT — A Stamford man, Brian Jacobs, 57, of Perry Street is accused of dragging an officer with a stolen vehicle as he attempted to flee police, Trumbull police said.
The officer returned to his vehicle and was able to chase down, stop and arrest the accused, police said.
