RINCON, Ga. — A five-vehicle crash in Effingham County is causing major delays.

A City of Rincon spokesperson said the suspect ran the red light at Highway 21 and Brentwood Drive at a high rate of speed, causing the crash.

Four teens were rescued. Two of them were airlifted to a hospital. The other two were taken to the hospital via ambulance.
