EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) -A Flood Watch remains in effect through Saturday night as multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms bring the risk of excessive rainfall and flash flooding. Rainfall totals of 1–3 inches are possible, with locally higher amounts where storms repeatedly track over the same areas. The heaviest bands have been setting up across western Kentucky, and any additional waves of rain could quickly lead to water covering roads and flooding in low-lying or poor-drainage locations.
