UK clean energy and battery technology company Palmer Energy Technology (PETL) has acquired the business and assets of UK electric bus repower specialist Kleandrive through administration. The deal is intended to preserve British engineering capabilities in heavy-duty vehicle electrification and retrofit solutions.
