A 17-year-old Indianapolis youth could face prison time if he's found guilty of attempted murder.

In a video recorded on a body camera worn by a Noblesville police officer, you can hear the officers discussing suspected cocaine found during a traffic stop.

A man was killed when a car plowed into a group of people in the parking lot of a southwest Indianapolis business.

"I went from working 40 hours a week to not working and just trying to piece my life together," Dustin Dove said.

According to the National Center for State Courts, Texas and Alaska are the only states to offer therapy to jurors.

The incident reportedly occurred Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Haunting of Hannah House on the sound side of Indianapolis.

According to court documents, he tailgated a woman for miles before pulling her over and claiming to be a firefighter.

"It was really stressful. I've never dealt with something like that, so it was a lot for me," said Julio Delarose Araiza, who planned the party.

It ranks among the 15 largest marathons in the nation.

"We did not expect this at all, to have a line wrapping around the street the entire day," said the manager of a boutique on Mass Ave.
