Seven arms come in at a pay-up tier of $9,000 or greater with four priced in the five figures, two of which square off against each other in the Twins-Blue Jays matchup. Blake Snell ($11,200) leads that group in an incredibly soft matchup with Miami and is the clear choice if money is no object.

A larger than usual 10-game main slate awaits Saturday evening, with first pitch at 7:05 p.m. EDT. All 20 starters are listed, and six come in with five-digit price tags with four more in the 9k tier. That represents 50 percent of our options, so paying up seems to be a requirement. That's curiously not fully supported by a scan of run lines. Of course, we've got double-digit run expectancy in Denver, but only Astros - Royals and Marlins - Giants come with a slate low 7.5 run total, while four games sit at a relatively elevated 9.0.

Ten games are featured in FanDuel's main slate Tuesday evening, with a standard 7:07 p.m. EDT first pitch. It appears void of numerous high end pitching options, as Chris Sale at $11,200 headlines just four pitchers priced at $9,000 or greater. The home matchup against Colorado is an obvious smash spot if you can afford him.

Run lines certainly suggest offense won't come easily here, with two games having a slate-high run total of 9.0 while six sit at 7.5 runs or fewer.

We've got just two pitchers priced in five-figures, with six more coming in at the $9k tier, so it's certainly not a pitching-heavy slate. Run lines are somewhat surprisingly low. Baltimore-Boston is our high point at 9.5 runs, Padres-Mariners our low point at 7.0 with everything else sitting tightly in between.

Of the 16 listed pitchers, just three are priced in five figures, and two more in the 9k range, so there's not a plethora of payup options. Run lines say we don't have to use a payup option, but we'll see if that holds true as we sort through this. Coors Field is present, giving us an 11.0 run expectancy, but no other game comes in higher than 8.5, low lighted by Seattle-Texas at a paltry 6.5 runs.
