As Hurricane Beryl grew stronger in the Gulf of Mexico, residents and officials of Calhoun County worked to prepare their homes, offices and businesses for the storm and protect their families and friends. On July 8, Hurricane Beryl made landfall and since then, has come and gone, leaving community members to reflect on its passing.

After two successful rotations, Memorial Medical Center (MMC) is welcoming a new batch of artists into its halls this July. Visitors to the hospital will now be able to see and purchase a new variety of works from local artists.
