Andrew Freer of Go Fourth Media is releasing a series of documentary shorts on YouTube chronicling ICE and Border Patrol activity and the stories of local activists standing up for their neighbors.

“This is a Chicago-based team at the center of a national story, and we're proud to be building something ambitious here,” Onion Executive Editor Jordan LaFlure told Block Club on Monday.

"Star City" keeps its focus bleak, dour, and oppressive, and subsequently has some trouble achieving liftoff.
