Winter swimming has its own dedicated festival in Cyprus and soon its second edition will take place. Happening at Makronissos Beach in Ayia Napa, the festival will welcome local and international winter swimmers ready to take the waves on January 19.

Big names from the international comedy scene will arrive in Cyprus this year to perform stand-up shows for local audiences. Besides the growing Cypriot comedy scene, a handful of renowned comedians from around the globe have scheduled 2025 performances on the island as they embark on world and European tours. And of course, these are all in English!

Kicking off 2025's classical music concert is this Cyprus Symphony Orchestra concert with the Prometheus String Quartet. Under the title Winter Dreams, two performances are scheduled for January. One in Paphos and another in Nicosia on January 11 and 12 respectively.
