West Palm Beach commissioners are set to consider Related Ross' Hilton Curio hotel at CityPlace that would replace an overflow surface parking lot that has served the Palm Beach County Convention Center and Hilton Hotel for the past decade.

If approved by Miami residents, Miami Referendum 2 will grant a management contract of up to 40 years with Global Spectrum, a subsidiary of Oak View Group, one of the country's largest sports and entertainment venue operators. The group would also provide $10 million toward the restoration.

Chicago-based Fifield Companies plans to build Crystal Residences, a nine-story building at 110 Phoenetia Avenue, that would include 184 residential units, 16 ground-floor live-work units and nonprofit school Crystal Academy that supports children with autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and more. The 226,190-square-foot development would also include 300 parking spaces.

Coral Gables-based C-REV secured an acquisition loan from U.S. Century Bank at 50 percent loan-to-value for the 36,575-square-foot shopping center at 4516 West 12th Avenue, at the intersection of West 12th Avenue and West 46th Street, according to brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap.

Records show the nine-figure financing was provided by Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank for the Sweetbird North development at 95 Northeast 40th Street. The project will rise eight stories and comprise more than 92,000 square feet of office space and 22,500 square feet of retail.

🏆 New Building: The largest permit issued was for the One Alton Biscayne project at 11240 Biscayne Boulevard near North Miami, where Delray Beach-based Kolter Multifamily, Washington, D.C.-based Carlyle Group and Fort Lauderdale-based Altman are building the 12-story apartment building with 336 units. The developers acquired the site from Bianca Investments last year for $15 million and secured an $86.1 million construction loan from PNC Bank.

Thesis and property owner Nolan Reynolds International secured $135 million for the multifamily and retail portion at 1340 South Dixie Highway from Starwood and $42 million for the hotel component at 1350 South Dixie Highway, according to NRI and their debt broker Faisal Ashraf of Lotus Capital Partners.

The proposed lease with Virginia Key LLC, a joint venture between Miami Beach-based RCI Marine Group and Dallas-based Suntex Marinas, would give the joint venture control of 27.6 acres encompassing the Rickenbacker Marina and Marine Stadium Marina properties, with a 45-year initial term and two 15-year renewal options.
