Heartfelt Townhouse Builders intends to construct seven 17- to 18-story apartment buildings that will span a combined 434,716 square feet and house a total of 685 units. 🏆 New Building : The largest permit issued was a $97 million phased new construction permit for The Shore Club Private Collection condos at 1901 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The permit covers 481,200 square feet, and the project is being developed by Witkoff and Monroe Capital. The developers secured $430 million in construction financing in 2023 to build 45 units and 79 hotel rooms.
Earlier this week, top agents with brands under the Compass International Holdings umbrella confirmed to The Real Deal that executives with the firm advised them to remove their listings from StreetEasy this month. Agents were urged to instead upload their listings to the Real Estate Board of New York's Residential Listing Service as Participant's Only listings, making them visible to brokers at other firms but not directly to consumers.
