A much-needed break in the weather is expected today, with much less wind and some sunshine expected in the afternoon. High temperatures climb into the low 20s.
UTICA, N.Y. -- NEWSChannel 2 has been receiving numerous reports of iPhone users stating the default weather app is showing hazardous air quality over CNY.
